Whole Hog for The Country Coach Nor’easters

Mister Bob had the pleasure of cooking for The Country Coach Nor’easters this weekend at Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park in Gardiner, NY.  What a great bunch of people and what a beautiful setting!  The weather was perfect and a great time was had by all…especially Mister Bob!

Mister Bob meets Yogi Bear! Hide you picnic baskets! Food looks amazing and everyone seems to be having a great time. Add that perfect weather and you have the perfect recipe for a great event! Can’t wait to see the team in action next weekend in Harvard, MA! Go team at the Harvard Fall Festival!

  • Found your blog while reading the BBQ Brethren. Excellent work here, I look forward to reading your future posts. Big Red ain’t too shabby!

Thanks Chris, I’ll do my best to continue to provide some interesting content here. Big Red will be in Harvard, MA next week where we (Bob’s Hogs) will be competing at the Harvard Fall Festival, a KCBS state championship competition.

The setup looks great Mister Bob. The red table cloths are a very nice touch. Food looks delicious. Looks like the weather couldn’t have been any better. Glad your pig roast was a success! Good luck next weekend!
